Performance Marketing Manager, EMEA

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential consumer products organization based in Stuttgart, Germany. Our client is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager, EMEA to lead their paid acquisition strategy across European markets. This is a high-impact role for a results-driven marketer who thrives on scaling DTC revenue through data-informed campaign optimization.

You will own paid social, paid search and shopping, and programmatic advertising channels, with full accountability for performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, and profitability. This position reports to the Director of Growth Marketing and is based in Stuttgart.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution, performance, and strategy of paid social, paid search and shopping, and programmatic advertising across EMEA markets
• Take full accountability for core KPIs including ROAS, CAC, MER, and profitability targets
• Manage paid media budgets efficiently, optimizing allocation across platforms and markets
• Develop and execute scalable growth campaigns focused on DTC performance and customer acquisition
• Build targeting frameworks and media buying structures to scale international market share
• Design and maintain rigorous testing roadmaps to drive continuous channel efficiency
• Ensure flawless campaign setup, tracking configuration, and ongoing optimization across ad platforms
• Collaborate with creative resources to brief, test, and iterate high-performing ad creatives
• Monitor channel health metrics and translate insights into actionable growth levers
• Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to maximize campaign output
• Partner with eCommerce, international markets, and operations teams to align campaigns with business goals
• Align ad spend with demand forecasting and inventory management

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid acquisition channels for a high-growth DTC brand
• Proven track record managing scalable growth budgets with focus on efficiency and profitability
• Deep expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads ecosystem, and modern programmatic platforms
• Strong analytical thinking and understanding of e-commerce unit economics, CAC, ROAS, and MER
• Hands-on mentality with ability to prioritize, test, and implement under uncertainty
• Excellent written and spoken English required
• Proficiency in German or other European languages strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field preferred
• Ability to work from Stuttgart, Germany office preferred
