Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential InsurTech organization seeking an Operations & Process Manager for a part-time role in Munich. In this position, you will:
- Manage diverse operational and cross-functional business processes, ensuring reliable implementation
- Independently handle commercial and organizational tasks with consistent delivery and adherence to deadlines
- Ensure smooth daily operations and take ownership of emerging operational matters
- Analyze existing workflows, identify optimization opportunities, and implement process improvements autonomously
- Maintain structured and reliable organization of business-relevant documents, records, and company documentation
- Coordinate cross-departmental topics and workflows, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Prepare necessary information and working materials for your areas of responsibility, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Actively contribute to the development of efficient company structures while maintaining oversight across parallel workstreams
What We're Looking For
- Successfully completed administrative training or relevant degree
- Professional experience in the administrative responsibilities outlined above
- Ideally, prior experience in growth-stage companies within FinTech or InsurTech sectors
- Enthusiasm for building processes, including automation and digitalization initiatives
- Proactive, responsible, and reliable working style with strong self-organization and team collaboration skills
- Fluent German language skills (written and spoken) and good English proficiency
