Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential sustainability software organization seeking a working student (Werkstudent:in) to support their marketing efforts. You'll work closely with the marketing lead on a variety of projects, with priorities shifting based on current needs.
LinkedIn Management: Maintain the editorial calendar, schedule posts for the company page, respond to comments, and track performance metrics. At month-end, you'll analyze which topics drove engagement and incorporate insights into the next planning cycle.
Content and Website: Transform briefs into finished articles, publish them in Framer, maintain the website, and support customer case studies. An article is complete when it's live, included in the newsletter, and promoted on LinkedIn. Your readers are sustainability managers at large enterprises who have limited time and significant responsibilities.
Webinars: Build landing pages, configure setups in WebinarGeek, send invitations and reminders, and manage chat during sessions. Afterward, prepare attendee lists so the sales team can follow up the same day. You'll work directly with sustainability leaders from major companies who appear on stage.
Operations: Automate repetitive tasks using Zapier and HubSpot workflows. Identify manual processes we perform weekly, build automation solutions, and ensure data flows cleanly through systems.
Design and Visuals: Produce all visual assets using templates—graphics for LinkedIn, webinar materials, one-pagers, slides, and website elements. Your primary tools are Canva and Figma, plus Claude for design. AI accelerates production at our client, but you handle the final polish.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Currently enrolled student with at least two semesters remaining
- Native-level German (C2) and solid English skills
- Initial experience in B2B marketing
- Strong sense for copywriting and the right tone for sustainability professionals
- Eye for detail while maintaining big-picture perspective
- Hands-on mentality with a "done is better than perfect" attitude
- Availability of 15-20 hours per week (flexibility for exam periods and semester breaks)
- Ability to manage 2-3 parallel projects and track all deadlines
- Daily use of AI tools to accelerate work while maintaining human quality in output
- Self-organization skills and proactive communication when issues arise
- Ability to switch between design, text, and data work without losing enthusiasm
Bonus qualifications (not required):
- Basic understanding of SEO and AI search visibility
- Enjoyment of automating repetitive tasks with Zapier or similar tools
- Interest in climate and sustainability topics
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Framer, WebinarGeek, LinkedIn, Notion, ClickUp, Canva, Figma, Slack, Claude, or Zapier
- Based in Berlin
This role is likely not a fit if you need clearly defined tasks with fixed responsibilities, require regular prompting to take action, plan to stay only until the current semester ends, consider work finished once submitted, or share AI output without review.
