Unsere Talent-Abteilung vertritt einen etablierten Industriekunden in Wetzlar, der einen erfahrenen SPS- und Safety-Programmierer (m/w/d) sucht. Diese Position bietet die Möglichkeit, an komplexen Automatisierungsprojekten in einem modernen Produktionsumfeld mitzuwirken.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Programmierung und Inbetriebnahme von SPS und Safety-SPS-Systemen mit B&R, Siemens TIA und PILZ
- Entwicklung, Anpassung und Optimierung von Steuerungssoftware nach vorgegebenen Standards
- Eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung von Steuerungsprogrammen unter Einhaltung interner Richtlinien
- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion, Elektroplanung und Inbetriebnahme-Teams
- Mitwirkung bei der Konzeption von herkömmlichen und sicherheitsgerichteten Steuerungssystemen
- Erstellung von Sicherheits- und Validierungsberichten für CE-Kennzeichnung und internationale Konformität
- Unterstützung bei Risikobeurteilungen und Prozessoptimierungen
Wonach wir suchen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder Automatisierungstechnik oder Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker
- Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der SPS-Programmierung, vorzugsweise in Structured Text (ST)
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in sicherheitsgerichteter Programmierung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Normen IEC 61131-3 und ISO 13849
- Sicherer Umgang mit B&R Automation Studio, Siemens TIA Portal und PILZ-Tools (PNOZmulti Configurator, Network Editor)
- Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit analytischem Denkvermögen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
