Projektleiter (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential engineering organization seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) for their Plößberg location. In this role, you will:

• Lead technical and administrative aspects of domestic and international projects
• Coordinate technical departments and oversee on-site operations
• Manage schedule, budget, and quality control throughout project lifecycle
• Coordinate, communicate with, and monitor suppliers and subcontractors
• Own complete project responsibility from specification through final acceptance
• Serve as primary client contact during project phases and provide after-sales support

What We're Looking For

Our client requires a candidate with:

• Completed technical degree, state-certified technician qualification, or equivalent
• Several years of project management experience in plant construction or building industry preferred; entry-level candidates will receive comprehensive training
• Strong team orientation and decision-making competence
• Independent, results-driven work approach combined with entrepreneurial thinking
• High motivation, flexibility, resilience, and willingness to travel
• Negotiation-level communication skills in German and English
• Solid proficiency with MS Office suite
