Wir vertreten einen etablierten Immobilienverwaltungsbetrieb in Dresden, der seit Jahrzehnten erfolgreich Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien in der Region betreut. Unser Mandant sucht Verstärkung für die Buchhaltung im Bereich der Immobilienverwaltung.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Umfassende Buchhaltung für Sondereigentums- und Mietverwaltung im Team
- Mietenbuchhaltung und laufende Zahlungsabwicklung
- Erstellung von Betriebskostenabrechnungen
- Monatsabrechnung und Pflege der Stammdaten
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bau-, Wirtschafts- oder immobilienwirtschaftlichen Bereich
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung – idealerweise in der Immobilienbranche
- Auch Quereinsteiger mit relevanter Buchhaltungserfahrung sind willkommen
- Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich
