Recruiter / Talent Partner (m/w/d) / Defence & Deep Tech

About This Role

We are representing a specialized recruiting firm focused on defence and dual-use technology placements across the DACH region. Our client is experiencing significant growth and needs a talented recruiter to join their candidate-facing team. This is an opportunity to build expertise in one of Europe's most dynamic technology sectors while working with cutting-edge companies and roles spanning engineering, software development, sales, and business development.

This position is based in Berlin with remote options available, and you'll be working full-time starting immediately.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify qualified candidates for active searches using LinkedIn, internal talent pools, and additional sourcing channels
• Conduct personalized outreach to promising candidates—individual and relevant messaging, not mass recruiter templates
• Lead initial conversations with candidates to understand their technical background, motivations, and career goals
• Collaborate with the team to determine which profiles to present to clients
• Continuously develop and maintain the talent pool while building your own network within the defence and dual-use technology market

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in active sourcing or recruiting, ideally from a staffing agency, startup, or technical environment
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft personalized, compelling outreach messages
• Self-directed work style with thorough research skills and the ability to quickly learn new roles and technologies
• Interest in understanding the defence and dual-use technology market (prior expertise not required)
• Fluent German (negotiation level) and English required
