Sales Representative – Toledo, OH – Endoscopy

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell endoscopy products within approved clinical indications across your territory
• Educate physicians, nurses, and clinical staff on proper product use and maintenance
• Direct product evaluations and demonstrations in operating room and office settings while adhering to OSHA and hospital safety guidelines
• Solve product-related issues for customers quickly and effectively
• Manage territory inventory and complete required reporting on product distribution
• Keep regional leadership informed of territory progress and market conditions
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, including device complaint reporting and anti-kickback statutes
• Understand and adhere to customer policies, HIPAA requirements, and vendor credentialing
• Support trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings as needed
• May assist in training and development of other sales personnel

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) required
• Experience: 2-5 years in outside sales; medical or healthcare sales experience strongly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze market potential and prioritize call patterns strategically
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and customer service orientation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn CRM/sales information systems
• Capable of negotiating pricing and transaction terms professionally
• Ability to communicate effectively with large groups and through various channels (phone, email, text)
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% (including up to 20% overnight travel annually)
• Strong understanding of or ability to quickly learn technical medical products

Pay

This position includes a $60,000 draw plus commission and/or bonus eligibility. The role also includes a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation details will be discussed in full during the screening process.
