Director, Agentic AI Platform, Enterprise ISV and Infrastructure GTM – EMEA

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking a Director to lead three converging EMEA programmes: Agentic AI Platform GTM, Enterprise ISV and Cloud GTM, and ISV Infrastructure GTM. This senior leadership role unifies go-to-market strategy across open models, regulated software hardening, confidential computing, enterprise ISVs, cloud routes, and infrastructure partnerships to accelerate agentic AI adoption across the region.

Based in France, this position requires approximately 60% travel, including international movement across EMEA. You will drive partner prioritization, build executive relationships with strategic ISVs and cloud providers, and mentor senior leaders across multiple technical domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead EMEA go-to-market strategy and execution across Agentic AI Platform, open models, supervised software hardening, confidential computing, enterprise ISV and cloud GTM, and infrastructure ISV programmes
• Define and execute partner prioritization frameworks across enterprise ISVs, cloud providers, infrastructure ISVs, MLOps partners, data platforms, OEMs, GSIs, and solution advisors
• Build and maintain executive relationships with strategic enterprise ISVs, infrastructure ISVs, cloud partners, global system integrators, OEMs, and priority customers
• Mentor and develop leaders and senior individual contributors across agentic AI platform GTM, open models, supervised industries, confidential computing, and enterprise ISV initiatives
• Simplify complex ecosystem strategies into clear priorities, field plays, and measurable software adoption outcomes
• Guide partner-led software revenue programmes across multiple routes to market including marketplaces, co-sell, and enterprise platform ecosystems

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• 15+ years overall experience in enterprise software, ecosystem GTM, cloud, AI platform, ISV alliances, technical sales, or platform leadership
• 10+ years leading and developing teams in similar domains
• Proven track record guiding partner-led software revenue programmes across enterprise ISVs, infrastructure ISVs, cloud providers, GSIs, OEMs, marketplaces, or enterprise platform ecosystems
• Strong understanding of agentic AI, open models, AI infrastructure, MLOps, data platforms, cloud marketplaces, and enterprise deployment patterns
• Deep knowledge of leading open and open-weight models (examples: Kimi K3, GLM 5.2, DeepSeek, MiniMax, Qwen, Mistral) and how open and sovereign models create partner opportunities
• Commercial acumen across partner business plans, pipeline reviews, co-sell, marketplace routes, proof-of-value governance, and promote-and-scale execution
• Established credibility with customers, partners, regional leadership, and global product and field stakeholders
• Ability to distill broad ecosystem complexity into clear priorities, named owners, repeatable field plays, and measurable outcomes

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience scaling agentic AI, open and sovereign model adoption, enterprise software platforms, cloud marketplaces, or AI partner ecosystems
• Background with strategic enterprise ISVs, infrastructure partners, data platforms, or AI platform ecosystems
• Track record leading through organizational change including team redesign, partner prioritization, and ecosystem segmentation
• Genuine passion for mentoring senior professionals and knowledge sharing
