Product Manager Intern

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for a Product Manager Intern based in Paris. Our client operates in the customer communications space and is experiencing significant growth across multiple international markets.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to product management in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You'll work directly with customers, contribute to product development decisions, and help shape features that impact thousands of users worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer interviews to gather feedback, understand pain points, and validate product improvements
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback into actionable product recommendations that influence the roadmap
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to define requirements and prioritize user experience enhancements
• Facilitate cross-team discussions around dependencies and tradeoffs across multiple product areas
• Follow the full development cycle to ensure high-quality delivery in an agile environment
• Contribute to knowledge base articles, FAQs, and product demos to support launches and go-to-market efforts
• Analyze usage and performance data from multiple sources including interaction logs, analytics, and customer feedback
• Identify patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities in product workflows to create more intuitive experiences
• Leverage modern data tools and, where relevant, AI-based approaches to enrich analysis and uncover insights
• Research and recommend tools and frameworks for tracking key product metrics such as latency, reliability, and usability
• Collaborate on defining and monitoring KPIs aligned with product goals
• Help establish dashboards, alerts, and reports to support ongoing performance evaluation and decision-making

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree from an engineering or business school or university
• Fluent in English
• Comfortable conducting customer conversations—asking insightful questions, active listening, and effective follow-up
• Able to work across teams, align dependencies, and navigate tradeoffs with peers and stakeholders
• Comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy untangling complex problems that span multiple product areas
• Prior internship experience in a product or project team is a plus
• Knowledge of SaaS, product development cycles, or the customer communications industry is beneficial
