Division Supervisor

Role Overview

As Division Supervisor, you'll serve as a key member of WSC's leadership, responsible for guiding your division's day-to-day operations. You'll lead your team, ensure quality standards and safety compliance, and help the organization achieve its operational goals. Core Duties

• Supervise division personnel, providing clear direction, coaching, and constructive performance management
• Oversee operational activities to maintain productivity, quality, and efficiency targets
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies across all division functions
• Plan work schedules, allocate resources, and adjust staffing to meet operational demands
• Identify and resolve performance gaps while recognizing and rewarding strong contributions
• Collaborate with senior management to report on division performance and escalate concerns
• Implement and evaluate operational improvements to drive continuous excellence

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or team lead role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities
• Ability to prioritize effectively and make sound decisions in complex situations
• Working knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Competence with computer systems and data entry or reporting software
• High school diploma or equivalent (relevant professional experience may be considered)
