Administrative Officer / Legal Administrative Officer – Financial Services

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential financial services organization in Hong Kong seeking an Administrative Officer / Legal Administrative Officer for a mid to long-term engagement. Our client requires dedicated administrative support with a focus on fundraising activities, investment documentation, and company secretarial tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support and assist in fundraising activities, including preparing materials and coordinating with investors
• Support funds and simple investment transactions, including related documentation and operational tasks
• Handle NDAs, confidential agreements, and other legal/transaction documents (working from templates), including tracking and filing
• Perform basic company secretarial work, such as simple share transfer forms and straightforward board resolutions

What We're Looking For

• Degree holder with legal-related background
• 0-3 years of work experience; candidates new to the workforce are welcome to apply
• Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and excellent organizational skills
• Awareness in handling confidential information; comfortable working on large volumes of administrative tasks
• Fluent in English with the ability to read and write Chinese; spoken Mandarin fluency is a bonus but not essential
• Immediate availability preferred
