Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations, including opening, closing, and shift handoffs
• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate crew members to meet performance targets
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health codes, and company procedures
• Manage inventory, food costs, and waste to improve profitability
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to build loyalty
• Implement company initiatives, promotions, and operational standards
• Track and report on sales, labor, and operational metrics to district management

Requirements

• 1–2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of food safety and health regulations
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends
