Alternance Chargé RSE & Projet Communication F/H

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media and advertising organization seeking an intern (Alternance) for CSR and Communications projects in Paris. You will support sustainability initiatives and internal communications across a multi-agency environment.

Sustainability

• Coordinate corporate responsibility projects and collaborate with HR, legal, internal communications, and client advisory teams already engaged in these areas
• Work directly with international and local teams, including CSR representatives from multiple agencies
• Create and update documentation to educate employees on CSR topics and ensure best practices are applied
• Manage and coordinate internal impact teams to strengthen employee-led initiatives
• Contribute to developing CSR client service offerings
• Support deployment of internal CSR training programs

Group Communications and Internal Events

• Support planning and organization of corporate events, including invitation management and logistics
• Assist the Communications Director with creation, editorial development, and distribution of internal and external communications

What We're Looking For

Education and Experience

• Currently pursuing a Bac+4 or Bac+5 degree with specialization or demonstrated skills in CSR
• Interest in communications is a strong asset
• Prior experience (internship or academic project) in project management, ideally with environmental or social dimensions
• Strong interest in advertising, media, and emerging technologies including AI

Technical Skills

• Fluent English required (B2 to C2 level) for interaction with international teams
• Proficiency with project management tools and presentation software
• Excellent writing and communication skills with critical thinking and strong analytical capabilities

Personal Qualities

• High attention to detail to ensure quality deliverables and communications
• Excellent time management and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple cross-functional teams
• Proactive, curious, enthusiastic with ability to propose ideas to advance environmental and social topics
