Senior Consultant/Manager – Sécurité Financière & Conformité (LCB-FT, KYC, AMLR) H/F

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager specializing in Financial Security & Compliance. In this role, you will lead and execute varied consulting missions for banking and financial sector clients, including:

• Conducting diagnostic assessments of AML-CFT frameworks (KYC, AML framework, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening)
• Participating in KYC/AML remediation programs, effectiveness reviews, and optimization of existing controls
• Contributing to regulatory compliance programs: impact analysis, operational implementation, governance, and compliance roadmaps
• Ensuring regulatory compliance with supervisory requirements and local/European regulations
• Supporting missions involving financial security tools (transaction monitoring, sanctions, KYC/CDD), with general knowledge of market solutions (e.g., Actimize, NetReveal, Fenergo or equivalents)
• Contributing to the definition or evolution of compliance Target Operating Models (processes, governance, tools, data)
• Drafting policies, procedures, methodologies, and training materials
• Conducting risk assessments, control mapping, gap analyses, and mitigation plans
• Contributing to improvements in risk management frameworks: governance, KPI/KRI, reporting
• Participating in the design or evolution of internal control systems
• Ensuring quality and robustness of all deliverables
• Preparing and facilitating workshops, committees, and client presentations
• Participating in the compliance community (regulatory watch, communications, thought leadership, client events)

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings significant expertise in compliance and financial security:

• Degree from a business school or engineering school, with substantial experience in consulting and/or financial institutions on compliance, financial security, or regulatory transformation topics
• Excellent understanding of AML-CFT themes, international standards, and compliance/financial security issues (AML, KYC, Sanctions)
• Solid comprehension of applicable regulatory frameworks for financial security and compliance, including: AML-CFT/KYC, European AML package (AMLR, AMLD6, AMLA), supervisory interactions (ACPR, ECB, local authorities), FATF recommendations, KYC/CDD/EDD requirements, international sanctions, MiFID II
• Experience or strong interest in financial security tools (Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions, KYC), particularly market solutions such as Fircosoft, Actimize, NetReveal, Fenergo or equivalents
• Strong knowledge of traditional compliance and risk issues, as well as implementation of new regulations and digital transformations applied to compliance
• Recognized for flexibility, curiosity, creativity, and eagerness to support active growth in a dynamic consulting environment
• Fluent French and English required for working languages
• Demonstrated leadership, excellent communication skills, strong writing ability, coordination skills, and capacity to implement pragmatic and effective methodology
• Strong synthesis skills and attention to detail
• Willingness for international mobility
