Our talent team is representing a confidential legal technology organization in their search for a Commercial Contracts Associate specializing in non-disclosure agreements. This London-based position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of legal practice and artificial intelligence, supporting institutional clients through AI-augmented contract review and negotiation.

As part of a high-impact team, you'll provide critical contract services to leading asset managers and financial institutions while utilizing advanced AI agents to streamline drafting, review, and execution processes. This role is ideal for qualified solicitors who are eager to embrace technology-driven legal workflows and contribute to transforming how legal services are delivered.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate non-disclosure agreements using AI-assisted platforms to generate, compare, and redline documents tailored to client guidelines
• Advise clients on NDA playbooks and market standards, ensuring AI agents understand each client's specific requirements and preferences
• Compare client practices with playbook positions to guide strategic updates and improvements
• Manage NDA execution workflows, integrating AI agents into negotiation coordination and counterparty communications
• Partner with clients to demonstrate how AI-assisted workflows improve accuracy, transparency, and velocity in contract management
• Collaborate with technology teams to continuously enhance the efficiency of AI-driven review processes
• Maintain comprehensive trackers, manage multiple high-priority requests simultaneously, and communicate timing expectations clearly to clients
• Proactively follow up on negotiations and drive matters to completion

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor admitted in England and Wales with a current SRA practising certificate
• 2-3+ years of experience reviewing NDAs or similar commercial agreements
• Strong drafting and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Demonstrated interest in applying technology to enhance traditional legal workflows
• Active, hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day work to support thinking, creation, and problem-solving
• Ability to demonstrate and discuss AI usage with concrete examples of tools, workflows, and outcomes

Success Milestones:

• 30 Days: Learn AI platforms and begin supporting commercial contracts work using AI-enabled review and drafting
• 60 Days: Independently manage discrete components of NDA review with AI support
• 90 Days: Lead AI-augmented workstreams in live NDA reviews, improving efficiency and accuracy in document management and execution

Work Arrangement:

• Location: Central London
• Hybrid model with 4-5 days per week in-office expectation
• Initial 2-week onboarding in the US
