Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential digital platform organization in their search for an Associate, Paid Social. This hybrid role is based in Berlin, Germany, and offers the opportunity to work on performance marketing campaigns at scale across multiple European markets.

Our client operates in the consumer services sector and runs sophisticated paid social campaigns focused on user acquisition and growth. You'll be joining a performance-driven team that combines data analysis with creative strategy to optimize campaign effectiveness across Meta platforms.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage paid social campaigns on Meta across assigned markets, including campaign structure, audience targeting, budget management, and day-to-day optimizations
• Monitor campaign performance, identify anomalies, diagnose root causes, and escalate issues with recommended solutions proactively
• Analyze creative performance using metrics such as hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and creative matrix, translating insights into actionable monthly briefs
• Prepare structured creative performance reports and contribute to brainstorming sessions with ideas informed by competitor research, platform trends, and category benchmarks
• Support cross-team initiatives including tracking conversion lift studies and contributing to AI tooling rollouts with clear ownership of defined workstreams

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in paid social or performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is a plus
• Comfortable working with data—able to pull reports, identify patterns, and communicate findings clearly
• Experience utilizing AI tools to improve efficiencies and integrate them into daily workflows
• Curiosity about creative performance with the ability to analyze what works in social feeds and why
• Self-starter mentality who flags problems early, proposes solutions, and follows through independently
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple markets and workstreams simultaneously
• Collaborative communicator who can translate performance data into actionable insights for creative teams
• Fluent in English; German language skills are beneficial but not required

Pay

The salary range for this position is €47,000 - €60,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
