About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential food delivery and logistics organization in their search for a Corporate Account Manager based in London. This is a hybrid role offering the chance to work with a dedicated B2B division that serves corporate clients ranging from tech startups to global professional services firms.

In this position, you'll manage a portfolio of high-value corporate accounts, using data-driven insights to retain revenue, solve workplace challenges, and drive market expansion across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and grow a portfolio of key corporate accounts across the UK, building deep relationships with decision-makers while tracking usage metrics to identify trends and maximize revenue retention
• Translate commercial data and client behavior insights into tailored account expansion strategies that uncover growth opportunities
• Develop deep product expertise to advise corporate clients on platform best practices and proactively troubleshoot issues for seamless service delivery
• Serve as the primary trusted partner across your portfolio, adapting communication styles to secure executive buy-in and unlock new partnership opportunities
• Collaborate with Marketing, Tech, Finance, and Commercial teams to champion portfolio needs and lead strategic projects from conception to execution

• Significant account management experience with a proven track record of managing and expanding corporate client portfolios
• Strong data-led commercial acumen; confident working with large datasets and translating metrics into actionable strategies
• Proactive portfolio ownership with the ability to work autonomously and drive high-impact client engagement
