Rider Onboarding Operations Representative

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential logistics technology company seeking a Rider Onboarding Operations Representative to join their team in London. This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in their London office and flexibility to work two weekends per month. Our client is scaling rapidly and needs an operationally excellent professional to manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for independent contractors in their delivery network.

This role requires fluency in both English and French, as you'll be supporting operations across multiple European markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete onboarding journey for delivery partners, removing friction points and ensuring adequate network capacity to meet customer demand
• Monitor supply pacing and pipeline metrics across assigned markets, taking proactive action to maintain recruitment targets
• Coordinate daily with external vendor partners and internal stakeholders to align on operational priorities, track task completion, and resolve blockers
• Audit and optimize onboarding workflows, identifying system inefficiencies and proposing actionable solutions to improve conversion rates
• Provide cross-market operational support, serving as a subject matter expert for international teams navigating unique onboarding requirements
• Track and report on key performance indicators using CRM systems and spreadsheet tools
• Manage complex compliance and documentation requirements to ensure all contractors meet regulatory standards

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) is mandatory
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse teams, stakeholders, and external partners
• Strong process orientation with exceptional attention to detail and a track record of managing complex operational workflows
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions
• Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and data tracking tools like Google Sheets is highly advantageous
• Availability to work flexible shift patterns, including two weekends per month
• Background in operations, compliance, onboarding, or vendor management is preferred
