Sr. Customer Success Advisor

We are representing a confidential cybersecurity organization seeking a Sr. Customer Success Advisor to join their team in Germany (remote). Our talent team at Get A Job.ai partners with innovative security technology companies to connect them with exceptional customer success professionals.

This role offers the opportunity to work with enterprise clients, driving strategic adoption of advanced security solutions while building executive relationships and orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with C-suite, VP, and Director-level stakeholders at enterprise accounts
• Build strategic roadmaps that define how customers should adopt and consume security solutions to meet their desired outcomes
• Lead quarterly Executive Business Reviews to establish and document success definitions with executive sponsors
• Monitor adoption health across your portfolio and implement specific plans to increase adoption where needed
• Manage the renewal process from start to finish, forecasting upcoming renewals and ensuring value delivery
• Partner with Sales to identify and realize expansion opportunities within your account portfolio to improve Net Retention Rate
• Coordinate with Technical Account Managers, Professional Services, Support, Product Management, Engineering, and partner teams to deliver customer success
• Identify product or feature gaps, coordinate responses with the product team, and orchestrate delivery timelines
• Capture and document customer use cases, value stories, and success metrics to build institutional knowledge
• Lead customer onboarding efforts with cross-functional support to ensure rapid, high-quality deployment

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Professional Services, or similar customer-facing roles
• Background in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS environments strongly preferred
• Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders (C-Suite, VP, Director-level contacts)
• Cross-functional knowledge spanning IT Security, IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Application Portfolio Management practices
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills in English and German
• Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills and flexibility in fast-paced, changing environments
• Experience managing renewal processes and identifying expansion opportunities
• Track record of leading through influence and coordinating across multiple teams
• Located in Germany with eligibility to work remotely
