(Senior) Consultant* – Versicherungen

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential management consulting organization focused on the financial services sector. In this role, you will:

• Support insurance clients through digital transformation initiatives by optimizing their business models, organizational structures, processes, and IT systems
• Participate in all project phases, from strategy development and requirements analysis through functional and technical implementation
• Apply your expertise in focus areas such as sales, policy administration, claims management, customer relationship management, agile transformation, platforms and ecosystems, cloud solutions, integration and automation, or data analytics
• Work collaboratively within teams, taking on responsible tasks and developing creative, innovative solutions for clients
• Contribute to project and client acquisition activities as well as the expansion of the consulting service portfolio
• Actively support the growth and success of the insurance practice area

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Information Systems, or related field
• Initial professional experience in consulting, in-house consulting, or corporate/strategy development within an insurance company
• Project experience (functional or technical) in health, life, or property/casualty insurance lines
• Understanding of core business functions across the insurance value chain
• Interest in emerging technologies (Generative AI, Blockchain, etc.) and market trends
• Confident presence, hands-on mentality, quick comprehension, structured work approach, and strong analytical capabilities
• Flexibility, client orientation, and excellent teamwork skills
• German language proficiency required for this position
