(Senior) Consultant* – Versicherungen

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial services consultancy seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in insurance. In this role, you will:

• Support the digital transformation of insurance clients by optimizing their business models, organizations, processes, and IT systems
• Participate in all project phases, from strategy development through requirements analysis to technical and functional implementation
• Apply your expertise in focus areas such as sales, policy administration, claims management, customer management, agile transformation, platforms and ecosystems, cloud, integration and automation, data analytics, and related domains
• Work collaboratively within teams, take ownership of responsible tasks, and develop creative and innovative solutions for clients
• Contribute to project and client acquisition as well as the expansion of the consulting portfolio
• Actively support the growth and success of the insurance practice

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or related field
• Professional experience with a consulting firm, in-house consulting, or corporate/strategy development within an insurance organization
• Project experience (functional or technical) in insurance sectors including health, life, or property and casualty
• Understanding of core business functions across the insurance value chain
• Interest in innovative technologies (Generative AI, Blockchain, etc.) and market trends
• Strong professional presence, hands-on mentality, quick comprehension, structured work approach, analytical capabilities, flexibility, customer orientation, and collaborative mindset
• German language proficiency required for this role
