Sales Promoter – Manati

Our talent team is representing a confidential healthcare organization seeking a Sales Promoter for their Manatí location. This is a regular, non-exempt position focused on community engagement and member enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Promote healthcare products and services by participating in community events and approved outreach activities
• Ensure full compliance with Medicare Center and Medicaid Services (CMS) regulatory requirements
• Conduct pre-qualification processes for prospects seeking enrollment guidance
• Represent the organization at formal and informal community activities
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and enrollment activities

What We're Looking For

• Experience in sales promotion or community outreach, preferably in healthcare
• Understanding of Medicare and Medicaid programs and CMS compliance standards
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Spanish and English
• Ability to engage diverse community members and build trust
• Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working at community events and varying locations
