About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential SaaS client in München who is expanding their sales organization. They provide cloud communication solutions that help businesses improve how they connect with their customers.
Our talent team is searching for an Account Executive (m/w/d) who excels at consultative B2B sales and enjoys working through complex, multi-stakeholder decision processes. You'll focus on winning new enterprise clients with sophisticated communication requirements across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through contract closure for new business opportunities
- Conduct structured needs analysis to understand current customer communication workflows and improvement opportunities
- Advise decision-makers on telephony, availability, and customer service solutions tailored to their specific use cases
- Deliver customized product demonstrations aligned with prospect requirements
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions for complex customer needs
- Navigate formal procurement processes and RFPs involving multiple stakeholders
- Negotiate proposals, pricing, and contract terms
- Partner with system integrators and implementation partners on customer projects
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in CRM
- Provide market feedback to inform sales process and product development
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in consultative B2B sales of complex solutions
- Proven track record acquiring new customers with five-figure deal values
- Experience managing multi-stage decision processes with multiple stakeholders
- Strong skills in needs analysis, proposal development, and negotiation
- Technical aptitude and willingness to develop deep product knowledge
- Structured working style with CRM and professional pipeline management experience
- Excellent German language skills and good English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background selling cloud telephony, unified communications, or contact center solutions
- SaaS or software sales experience
- Experience working with system integrators, IT service providers, or channel partners
- Familiarity with public sector or formalized procurement processes
