SAP Freelancer (m/w/d) – S/4HANA | Functional | Technical

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology consulting organization seeking experienced SAP freelance consultants, developers, solution architects, and project leads for current and upcoming client engagements across Germany and the DACH region.

Our client's projects span a wide range of SAP initiatives, including:

• S/4HANA transformations, migrations, implementations, and international rollouts
• Finance and controlling module implementations and optimizations
• Custom development work in ABAP, Fiori, and UI5 for S/4HANA applications
• Cloud platform integration, interface development, and API implementations
• Solution architecture and technical project leadership for transformation initiatives
• Ongoing support, optimization, and development projects

Roles available range from specialized module consultants and developers to solution architects, project managers, and seasoned SAP generalists.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Multiple years of hands-on SAP experience with deep expertise in at least one relevant functional or technical area
• Proven track record in SAP implementation, migration, rollout, development, or transformation projects
• Project experience in one or more of the following: S/4HANA, FI/CO modules, ABAP/Fiori/UI5 development, BTP/Integration, or SAP solution architecture/project leadership
• Independent, structured, and client-focused working style
• Availability for freelance projects in Germany and the DACH region
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher (business fluent to native)
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher (good to very good)

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with S/4HANA transformation and migration initiatives
• Track record with international implementation or rollout projects
• Knowledge of SAP system integration, interfaces, APIs, or cloud solutions
• Experience in technical or functional project leadership or solution architecture roles
• SAP certifications or comparable documented specializations
