Senior Medical Information Specialist

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential pharmaceutical organization seeking a Senior Medical Information Specialist based in Paris. In this role, you will drive process optimization, digital transformation, and automation initiatives while serving as a critical bridge between operational and technical teams.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Analyzing existing Medical Information processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities
• Gathering and formalizing business requirements from stakeholders across Medical Information and Medical Affairs teams
• Mapping workflows and data flows to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Identifying and implementing automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
• Participating in digitalization projects, including AI and Power Platform implementations
• Contributing to document governance and data quality initiatives
• Serving as the liaison between Medical Information, Medical Affairs, and IT departments
• Supporting performance reporting and KPI tracking activities

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Information, with demonstrated expertise in Level 2 activities
• Strong understanding of Medical Information processes, pharmaceutical environments, and regulatory requirements
• Proven experience in business analysis, continuous process improvement, or digital transformation
• Ability to gather, formalize, and challenge business needs while connecting operational and technical teams
• Familiarity with Medical Information tools such as BioConnect, Veeva MedInfo, IRMS, or Salesforce
• Solid grasp of data management concepts, reporting, knowledge management, and process automation
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Fluency in French required for this Paris-based position
