You'll contribute your writing and analytical expertise to an advanced AI development project, helping train next-generation systems through high-quality evaluation and feedback. No prior AI experience is required—your technical writing background and communication skills are what matter most.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and compare multiple AI-generated responses to writing prompts, assessing clarity, tone, helpfulness, and instruction adherence
• Provide comprehensive scoring and detailed rationales through the project platform, justifying assessments with clear, concise feedback
• Identify opportunities to enhance the quality and instructional value of language model outputs
• Apply expert judgment to assess subtle differences in writing quality and effectiveness
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail when reviewing content and documenting findings
• Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and reviewers to ensure consistency and completeness of deliverables
• Leverage your advanced command of written English and critical analysis skills throughout the evaluation process

What We're Looking For

• Native-level English fluency and exceptional written communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in technical writing, editing, or content evaluation
• Strong ability to judge clarity, tone, coherence, and usefulness in technical and instructional content
• Familiarity with digital platforms for content review, annotation, or evaluation
• Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness in analysis and documentation
• Proven capacity to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively in virtual settings
• Experience with AI systems or model evaluation practices is a plus but not required
