Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential technology organization headquartered in München that needs an experienced senior talent acquisition professional to take complete ownership of the hiring lifecycle.
You will manage end-to-end recruiting processes independently across multiple departments and locations—from initial briefing through offer acceptance. This includes developing channel strategies, conducting screenings, and partnering strategically with hiring stakeholders throughout the organization.
Beyond pure execution, you'll contribute meaningfully to candidate profile refinement, job description development, and interview design. Your proactive sourcing approach will be essential, requiring creative thinking across channels and personalized outreach that resonates with top talent.
You'll maintain rigorous pipeline discipline, ensuring candidate journey quality and funnel transparency remain consistent even during high-volume hiring periods. Every candidate interaction serves as a touchpoint with the employer brand, and you'll design experiences accordingly.
As you grow in the role, you'll progressively shape employer branding strategy—identifying initiatives that authentically reflect company culture, building credible presence on professional platforms, and driving ideas for how the organization positions itself to talent.

- Several years of proven full-cycle recruiting experience in demanding, fast-paced hiring environments
- Strong active sourcing capabilities including Boolean search expertise and ability to identify talent beyond standard channels
- Demonstrated ownership of independent recruiting processes with documented success closing hires

- Disciplined approach to ATS hygiene and process management as tools for performance visibility
- Practical understanding of employer branding as a recruiting lever with willingness to experiment and learn
- Fluency in both German and English with strong communication presence and ability to build trust across stakeholders
- Builder mindset focused on solutions and forward momentum
