Senior Media Buyer – Meta Ads

About This Role

We are representing a confidential U.S.-based marketing agency that serves home service and remodeling brands. Our client is seeking a Senior Media Buyer who can own paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms for multiple client accounts simultaneously. This is a performance-driven, fully remote contractor position for candidates based in the Philippines.

You'll manage lead-generation campaigns for 8–12 client accounts, making data-driven optimization decisions that directly impact business results. If you understand the difference between vanity metrics and real performance indicators—and know exactly what to test when a campaign underperforms—we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Launch, monitor, and scale Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for 8–12 client accounts
• Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, headlines, and offers
• Analyze campaign performance data and make optimization decisions based on CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
• Write direct-response ad copy in English for lead generation campaigns targeting U.S. audiences
• Build static ad creatives using Canva and Midjourney
• Contribute to creative strategy and funnel optimization across client accounts
• Track and report on key performance indicators to internal teams
• Identify campaign issues early and propose actionable solutions
• Communicate campaign updates and performance insights clearly and proactively

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience running Facebook/Meta Ads, ideally for U.S. or English-speaking markets
• Deep understanding of lead generation and direct-response advertising principles
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills—you can read ad metrics and make data-driven optimization decisions
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and Midjourney
• Excellent written English with the ability to write ad copy that converts American homeowners
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication
• Reliable home office setup with stable, high-speed internet
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm U.S. Pacific Time, year-round (please verify this schedule works in your time zone before applying)

Preferred:

• Experience in home services, construction, remodeling, or local lead generation verticals
• Familiarity with CRM integrations and conversion tracking tools
• Portfolio of static ad concepts you designed that produced measurable results
• Meta Certified Media Buying Professional certification

This is a full-time contractor position with long-term growth potential. Our client offers performance bonuses tied to account performance and client retention, a healthcare benefit allowance after 90 days, and a clear growth path into partnership-level media buying roles.

Pay
