Senior Product Manager, Growth (10-to-100)

About This Opportunity

Our client is a profitable, venture-backed technology company transforming how consumers manage major purchases and ongoing costs. They serve millions of customers across insurance, financial services, and related verticals. We are representing them in their search for a Senior Product Manager, Growth to take ownership of high-impact customer acquisition and conversion funnels.

This is a remote position open to candidates in the United States. The role reports to the VP of Growth and requires collaboration across engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

You will own the entire customer sign-up and purchase journey for a multi-sided marketplace. Your work will directly influence how millions of people discover, evaluate, and complete transactions. Example areas of ownership include:

• Design and optimize landing pages, signup flows, and app download experiences—simplifying complex data collection while maintaining trust and clarity
• Improve quote comparison and shopping interfaces, balancing customer needs with partner integration requirements
• Integrate complementary product offerings into existing conversion funnels
• Translate backend complexity into elegant, personalized user experiences across different customer personas and acquisition channels
• Partner with a global engineering team (some overseas) to ship products on weekly sprint cycles
• Synthesize customer feedback, data analysis, and business strategy into clear product decisions

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings a customer-centric mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment. Required qualifications include:

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with consumer-facing products
• Demonstrated ability to own ambiguous problems end-to-end and deliver measurable impact
• Strong analytical skills—you can independently pull, structure, and interpret data to inform decisions
• First-principles thinking: you break down complex problems into testable hypotheses rather than jumping to solutions
• Exceptional written and verbal communication—you know how to work across functions (engineering, design, analytics, marketing) and time zones
• Impeccable follow-through: when you own something, nothing falls through the cracks
• Willingness to occasionally overlap with global business hours for engineering coordination
• Current residence in one of the following U.S. states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA

You will work on a lean team (3 Product Managers) with significant scope and direct exposure to senior leadership. The environment rewards fast learners who ship iteratively and think like owners.
