About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential ecommerce client in the spirits industry seeking a Senior Google Ads Manager to drive growth for their subscription and retail offerings. You will develop messaging, write ad copy, and run experiments that directly impact customer acquisition. Working closely with senior marketing leadership and creative teams, you will take ideas from customer insight through execution and iterative improvement.

This is a fully remote, full-time position open to candidates in Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Dominican Republic, India, Mexico, Poland, Romania, Ukraine, and the United States. The role requires availability during US Eastern business hours initially, with flexibility as the relationship develops.

Responsibilities

• Study customer reviews, search queries, objections, and competing offers to develop persuasive messaging concepts
• Write and refine ad copy that aligns with brand voice and brings specific creative and landing-page concepts to the team
• Own a prioritized testing plan: define hypotheses and success measures, run focused A/B tests, assess evidence, and shape the next experiment based on learnings
• Execute Google Ads strategy across Search, Shopping, Performance Max and other suitable formats, including campaign structure, bidding, and budget management
• Maintain conversion tracking, Merchant Center, and product feeds, coordinating fixes with the team as needed
• Assess acquisition cost, order value, gross profit, and customer lifetime value with clear separation between branded and non-branded activity, subscriptions, and retail
• Share findings with the wider marketing team, turn their insights into new tests, and follow through independently on agreed work
• Make routine account decisions independently while collaborating with leadership on budget increases, offer changes, and major strategic shifts

What We're Looking For

• Strong marketing judgment and writing ability; you can connect customer insight to persuasive copy and explain why a message fits the brand
• Demonstrated curiosity through your work: questions you investigated, assumptions you challenged, and ideas you changed when evidence surprised you
• A repeatable testing method; you can walk us through a hypothesis, the test you ran, what the results established, and what you tried next
• Proven ecommerce Google Ads execution with practical knowledge of Merchant Center, product feeds, conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and attribution
• Commercial judgment about profitable customer growth, with examples of results you personally helped produce
• Strong written English, independent follow-through, and a collaborative approach to sharing ideas, giving briefs, and responding to feedback
• Experience with subscription businesses, alcohol ecommerce, or scaling accounts into six figures of monthly spend is helpful but not required
