About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential ecommerce organization seeking a TikTok Ads Expert to join their team in India. Our client operates multiple direct-to-consumer brands and is looking for someone who can own TikTok performance end-to-end—from campaign strategy and execution to creative testing, optimization, and performance analysis.

In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring TikTok consistently contributes to profitable customer acquisition and revenue growth. You'll collaborate closely with creative, analytics, paid media, and brand teams to identify winning creative concepts, audiences, and campaign strategies through continuous experimentation. Success is measured by how effectively TikTok scales profitably, how quickly winning creative is identified, and how effectively performance insights drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end TikTok campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and performance analysis across multiple ecommerce brands
• Stay hands-on in TikTok Ads Manager, managing campaign setup, targeting, bidding, budget allocation, and reporting
• Continuously test new hooks, formats, audiences, and creative concepts to identify scalable opportunities
• Translate performance data into clear, actionable feedback for creative teams
• Proactively identify performance risks and opportunities rather than waiting for escalation
• Build testing frameworks and playbooks that help brands learn and scale faster
• Audit TikTok accounts, identify performance gaps, and implement optimization actions
• Communicate performance insights and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders
• Connect campaign performance to broader business outcomes including profitability metrics

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 4–5+ years of hands-on experience managing TikTok Ads, ideally within ecommerce or direct-to-consumer businesses
• Proven experience scaling TikTok purchase/conversion campaigns and driving measurable revenue growth
• Strong understanding of TikTok Ads Manager, including all aspects of campaign management and optimization
• Deep understanding of TikTok's creative ecosystem, including UGC, creator-led content, short-form video, hooks, and storytelling
• Proven experience developing and running structured creative and performance experiments
• Strong understanding of ecommerce performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPM, conversion rate, and profitability
• Experience with attribution, UTM tracking, pixel implementation, and conversion measurement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to connect performance to business outcomes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and take ownership in fast-moving environments

Bonus qualifications:

• Experience scaling multiple ecommerce or direct-to-consumer brands on TikTok
• Experience managing significant TikTok advertising budgets
• Experience with TikTok Shop or social commerce
• Experience working with creators, influencers, affiliates, or UGC networks
• Experience building creative testing frameworks or performance creative playbooks
• Experience across other paid media channels such as Meta, Google, or Pinterest
• Familiarity with Looker Studio, automation workflows, AI-driven optimization, or advanced reporting systems
• Experience working within founder-led startups or high-growth businesses
