Commercial Support Student

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization expanding their operations in Croatia. Our client is building modern financial tools for local businesses across Europe, and they're looking for a motivated Commercial Support Student to join their marketing and business operations team.

This is a part-time student position (32 hours per week) offering hands-on experience in marketing, event coordination, and business support within a fast-paced commercial environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day marketing activities and prepare content for social media and promotional materials
• Assist with organizing events and promotional activities
• Manage calendars and schedule meetings for the commercial team
• Prepare meetings, calls, presentations and other business materials
• Work in Excel/Google Sheets to prepare and update reports
• Organize promotional materials and merchandise inventory
• Track agreed activities and deadlines to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate various ad hoc tasks and support the team's day-to-day operations
• Handle basic communication with suppliers and partners

What We're Looking For

• Current student enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field
• At least one year of experience working in an office environment
• Previous marketing experience is an advantage
• Availability to work 32 hours per week
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Experience working with Canva for design tasks
• Strong organisational skills, independence and a sense of responsibility
• Experience with Adobe programmes, CapCut or similar editing tools is an additional advantage
