About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential health insurance client in their search for an Inbound Sales professional based in France. Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is working with a fast-growing organization that serves small businesses and independent workers with innovative insurance solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an Inbound Sales team focused on closing deals with micro-businesses and individual clients. You'll own the complete sales cycle from initial qualification through to closing, working with warm inbound leads every day.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle for inbound prospects with 1-5 employees, including independent workers and individuals
• Qualify leads, educate prospects on insurance products, and close deals consistently
• Apply consultative selling methods that prioritize prospect experience and deliver value at every touchpoint
• Define high-touch strategies tailored to each prospect's needs and situation
• Contribute to building and refining the sales playbook for one-call closes
• Share product feedback to improve the self-serve customer experience
• Participate in process improvements and tooling initiatives for the sales team
• Become a subject matter expert on insurance products to confidently handle objections

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of sales experience with deal-closing responsibilities
• Native or full professional proficiency in French (C2 level)
• Advanced English language skills
• Exceptional organizational skills with disciplined follow-up habits

• Natural empathy and genuine interest in solving customer problems
• Positive, collaborative attitude with team-player mentality
• Fast learner ready to make an impact from day one
• Currently based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Nantes, or surrounding areas in France
