In qualità di recruiter per Get A Job.ai, cerchiamo un professionista commerciale motivato che entrerà a far parte del team Sales di zona, riportando direttamente al Sales Lead. Il ruolo prevede l'acquisizione e lo sviluppo di nuovi partner commerciali nel settore della ristorazione e punti vendita.
Responsabilità
- Gestire l'intero processo di vendita sul territorio di riferimento: mappatura della zona, prospezione, trattativa commerciale e chiusura dei contratti
- Diventare esperto/a del mercato locale, individuando i locali di tendenza e i brand più richiesti
- Seguire i partner nella fase di onboarding, garantendo un'esperienza di ingresso ottimale sulla piattaforma
- Promuovere il valore della soluzione tecnologica ai ristoratori attraverso visite commerciali sul campo, chiamate, e-mail e contatti social
- Gestire le obiezioni e supportare i titolari dei locali nel superare eventuali esitazioni
- Rappresentare l'azienda partecipando a eventi, meet-up e fiere di settore

- Spiccata attitudine commerciale e consolidata esperienza nella vendita / sviluppo business B2B
- Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali, con esperienza nella gestione dei clienti sia di persona sia da remoto (telefono ed e-mail)
- Capacità di presentare prodotti e soluzioni digitali evidenziandone il valore aggiunto per il cliente
- Forti competenze negoziali e orientamento al risultato
- Conoscenza delle dinamiche del settore Ristorazione / Ho.Re.Ca. rappresenta un importante plus
- Determinazione, tenacia e resilienza

Retribuzione
Il nostro cliente offre:
- CCNL Commercio e Terziario, 4° Livello
- Retribuzione Target TOTALE (OTE): €35.200 – €44.000 lordi all'anno al raggiungimento del 100% degli obiettivi
- RAL Base: €17.200 – €26.000 lordi all'anno
