About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential home renovation organization seeking an Installation Specialist to coordinate installations remotely from anywhere in the continental United States. Our talent team is working with a well-established company in the residential safety product sector that serves customers throughout North America.

This remote position requires strong coordination skills to manage the production process from scheduling through completion, working closely with contractors, customers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule installation activities with contractors and customers across multiple regions
• Ensure quality assurance standards are maintained throughout the production process
• Communicate regularly with customers regarding installation progress and timelines
• Plan and execute production activities to meet customer demands and business objectives
• Develop and implement cost-effective operational measures
• Maintain current knowledge of residential building products and industry trends
• Ensure compliance with company policies and directives
• Adapt scheduling and processes in response to market changes and customer needs

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience as a production coordinator in home improvement, renovation, or restoration industries preferred
• Strong understanding of residential building standards and remodeling processes
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer and contractor interactions
• Working knowledge of technical software and scheduling systems
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple installations simultaneously
• High regard for quality assurance and customer service excellence
• Ability to work effectively with diverse personality types across sales, accounting, and operations teams
• Thrives in fast-paced, remote work environments
