Role Overview

As a Community Marketing Agent for Sports Illustrated Resorts, you'll be the face of our brand's community presence. Your work bridges marketing strategy and direct community interaction, fostering meaningful relationships with guests and building a vibrant community around our Sports Illustrated Chicago property.

Core Duties

• Develop and execute community marketing campaigns that drive guest engagement and resort visitation
• Create and manage content for community channels and social platforms
• Coordinate community events, activations, and experiences at the Sports Illustrated Chicago location
• Build relationships with local partners, influencers, and community organizations
• Monitor community feedback and sentiment, reporting insights to leadership
• Support brand activation efforts that strengthen guest loyalty
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with resort objectives

Qualifications

• Proven experience in community marketing, community management, or related marketing roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build and nurture professional relationships
