Mediengestalter / E-Mail-Designer – Inklusive Copywriting (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential e-commerce marketing consultancy based in Düsseldorf that produces high-volume email campaigns for online retail brands across the DACH region. In this role, you will design and write newsletters from start to finish—typically handling 30 to 40 active brands simultaneously.

Your day begins with briefings already prepared. One client needs a sale announcement, another is launching a new product category. You review the brief, plan the structure, select blocks from the existing Figma design system, adapt graphics and copy (often with AI assistance), and send the newsletter for client approval and deployment. You own the entire output: layout, imagery, and messaging.

This is a fast-paced, high-output environment. You will ship more campaigns in one year than most roles deliver in five, and you will see performance data for every send.

What We're Looking For

• High energy and commitment: This is a 100% on-site position in Düsseldorf with a team that moves quickly.
• Eye for design: You understand visual hierarchy and aesthetics, even if you have no formal design training.
• Copywriting instinct: You can write persuasive, conversion-focused text and are comfortable using AI tools to accelerate drafting.
• Fast learner: You pick up new tools in days, not weeks.
• Ownership mindset: You want to be responsible for the entire deliverable, not just one component.
• Comfortable with AI: You use modern AI platforms (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) naturally in your workflow.
• Efficiency and quality: You work both quickly and well, balancing speed with craft.

Prior experience with Figma, email marketing, or a design qualification is not required. We care about your eye, your pace, and your attitude. We will teach you the rest.

Pay
