Role Overview

The Director of Technical Product Management will own our technical product vision, working at the intersection of engineering, design, and business strategy. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives, translate business goals into technical requirements, and guide the development of products that create meaningful impact for our users.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate the technical product strategy and roadmap for assigned portfolio
• Lead product requirements definition, working closely with engineering teams to assess feasibility and technical approach
• Conduct user research and market analysis to inform product direction and prioritization
• Collaborate with design and engineering leadership to optimize architecture and delivery
• Manage product launch planning, go-to-market execution, and performance tracking
• Build and mentor a product management team, fostering innovation and operational excellence
• Communicate product strategy and progress to executive leadership and key stakeholders

Who We're Looking For

• 8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in director-level leadership roles
• Demonstrated expertise in technical product strategy within complex, enterprise environments
• Technical literacy in software architecture, databases, cloud platforms, and API design
• Strong executive presence and communication skills across all organizational levels
• Proven success launching products and leading high-performing teams to deliver business results
• Experience driving product innovation and competitive differentiation in the market
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
