Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential AI technology organization in their search for a Solutions Architect - Spanish Speaking. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere in the world.

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, partnering directly with customers to demonstrate value and design tailored solutions. You'll work at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success, ensuring that client needs drive innovation and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to identify customer requirements and pain points
• Deliver compelling pre-sales presentations that articulate technical capabilities and business value
• Conduct solution reviews and in-depth technical sessions for prospective clients
• Design and execute customized Proof of Concepts that showcase product capabilities
• Manage RFP responses and address customer security questions using established frameworks
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and influence roadmap
• Build trusted relationships with customers by approaching challenges with empathy
• Contribute to process improvement and development of solutions engineering best practices
• Drive customer success by proactively addressing technical challenges throughout the engagement

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical sales or solutions engineering role
• Proven track record managing C-level technical and business relationships
• Strong technical acumen with ability to conduct discovery and deliver high-impact presentations
• Experience translating complex business challenges into technical solutions
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Track record working with product and engineering teams to influence product direction
• Experience managing POCs, RFPs, and complex security questionnaires
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong time management capabilities in dynamic environments
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
• Fluency in Spanish required
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required
