The Opportunity

As a Teller at WF, you'll be the face of our Tustin Legacy location, processing transactions and building relationships with customers every day. Core Duties

• Process customer deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions accurately and efficiently
• Open new accounts and educate customers about our banking products and services
• Verify customer identity and ensure all transactions meet regulatory requirements
• Manage your cash drawer and maintain daily balance accuracy
• Address customer questions and concerns, escalating complex issues appropriately
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional financial services to customers

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
• Strong ability to focus on accuracy and detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with banking software and point-of-sale systems
• Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional presentation and commitment to superior customer service
