Diese befristete Position auf ein Jahr bietet die Perspektive auf langfristige Zusammenarbeit. Sie arbeiten strukturiert mit Zahlen, behalten den Überblick über Geschäftsvorgänge und sorgen für eine saubere Buchhaltung in einem dynamischen Umfeld.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
- Bearbeitung laufender Geschäftsvorgänge in der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
- Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen
- Überwachung offener Posten und Zahlungseingänge
- Unterstützung im Forderungsmanagement und Nachverfolgung offener Forderungen
- Kontenabstimmung und Sicherstellung einer nachvollziehbaren Buchhaltung
- Übernahme weiterer administrativer und buchhalterischer Aufgaben im Finanzwesen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Unternehmensbereichen und eigenständige Klärung offener Sachverhalte
Anforderungsprofil
- Mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen oder buchhalterischen Bereich
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung von Vorteil
- Grundlegende buchhalterische Kenntnisse und gutes Zahlenverständnis
- Erfahrung in der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung sowie im Forderungsmanagement ist ein Plus
- Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Schnelle Einarbeitung in digitale Arbeitsabläufe und neue Systeme
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift erforderlich
