Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential HR solutions organization seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager for the Canary Islands. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to client companies across various industries, helping them design benefit programs that genuinely engage and retain employees.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the primary point of contact between internal teams and client organizations, building and maintaining trusted relationships through active relationship management
• Conducting needs analysis to understand the unique requirements of clients and their employees, developing tailored solutions that ensure high satisfaction levels
• Managing the complete order process for new and existing clients with a strong focus on quality and service excellence
• Proactively communicating new benefits offerings and product developments while actively contributing to the evolution of the benefit portfolio, including innovative bonus models
• Providing strategic consultation to clients, developing customized benefit programs and identifying optimization opportunities in existing systems to drive sustainable employee engagement

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience, ideally in enterprise account management, project management, or customer success management
• Solid knowledge of HR and tax topics, ideally complemented by experience in compensation and benefits
• Strong service orientation, empathy, communication skills, and assertiveness, particularly when advising and supporting demanding clients
• Self-directed, structured, and solution-oriented work style with strong planning and organizational abilities and confidence handling commercial matters
• Business-level proficiency in both German and English, solid project management skills, and affinity for technical topics
