Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential HR solutions organization seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager for the Canary Islands. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to client companies across various industries, helping them design benefit programs that genuinely engage and retain employees.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact between internal teams and client organizations, building and maintaining trusted relationships through active relationship management
- Conducting needs analysis to understand the unique requirements of clients and their employees, developing tailored solutions that ensure high satisfaction levels
- Managing the complete order process for new and existing clients with a strong focus on quality and service excellence
- Proactively communicating new benefits offerings and product developments while actively contributing to the evolution of the benefit portfolio, including innovative bonus models
- Providing strategic consultation to clients, developing customized benefit programs and identifying optimization opportunities in existing systems to drive sustainable employee engagement
What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate brings:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience, ideally in enterprise account management, project management, or customer success management
- Solid knowledge of HR and tax topics, ideally complemented by experience in compensation and benefits
- Strong service orientation, empathy, communication skills, and assertiveness, particularly when advising and supporting demanding clients
- Self-directed, structured, and solution-oriented work style with strong planning and organizational abilities and confidence handling commercial matters
- Business-level proficiency in both German and English, solid project management skills, and affinity for technical topics
