Product Manager – AI

About This Role

We are representing a confidential AI technology company backed by top-tier Silicon Valley venture capital. Our client is building agentic AI solutions for small and medium businesses globally, and they need a Product Manager to shape innovative AI products from the ground up in a fast-moving, hands-on environment.

This role reports directly to the Chief Product Officer and offers the opportunity to work in a high-caliber, startup-like division with corporate stability but zero bureaucracy.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert user of the product platform in record time and own the product experience end-to-end
• Transform complex systems into clean, simple, integrated user experiences across all modules
• Own roadmap and feature definition with strong taste in UX/UI and interaction design
• Lead design reviews and propose UX optimizations and next-step features
• Map the full product surface area from dashboard to every feature and how modules connect
• Optimize onboarding flows to drive higher conversion and lower drop-off rates
• Translate product understanding into onboarding experiences, product marketing pages, and in-app education
• Cross-reference specifications against staging and production to catch gaps and regressions
• Use usage signals and customer feedback to prioritize what matters most
• Ship simple, high-impact improvements with minimal review cycles

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on 0→1 product development
• Demonstrated success optimizing onboarding experiences and driving conversion metrics
• Strong UX/UI judgment and interaction design sensibility
• Meticulous and detail-oriented approach—you leave no stone unturned
• Extremely curious mindset: explores every product corner, asks "why," and proposes better alternatives
• Obsessive about identifying friction, uncaptured opportunities, and missing connections between features
• Data-driven and customer-centric decision-making
• Action-oriented prioritization skills—ships the simplest solution that works without overbuilding
• Ability to produce PRDs, tickets, prototypes, and designs that are close to comprehensive with minimal review
• Strong judgment on what's important versus noise, with a commitment to protecting UX simplicity
• Comfortable partnering with design and engineering teams, but can drive UX independently when needed
• Remote work experience preferred
• Immediate availability is preferred

Location and Work Arrangement

This position is based in Indonesia and operates in a remote-first culture. You can work from anywhere with high autonomy and low bureaucracy. Optional in-person collaboration opportunities may be available in various international locations.

Compensation details will be discussed with qualified candidates during the screening process.
