Performance Marketing Specialist (Get A Job.ai)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential EdTech organization seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist based in Ukraine. In this role, you will:

• Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns in Meta Ads
• Monitor lead quality (target/non-target audience) and control cost per acquisition according to KPIs
• Collaborate with producers, copywriters, and designers to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness
• Analyze landing page heat maps and develop hypotheses to increase conversion rates
• Generate new approaches and formats to improve campaign performance

What We're Looking For

Our client needs a candidate with:

• A genuine desire to grow in the marketing field
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• At least 1 year of experience launching conversion-focused campaigns
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data
• Creative thinking with the ability to find solutions and take ownership
• Understanding of marketing metrics including CPM, CTR, CPC, ROI, ROAS, LTV, and CAC
