Agile Project Manager (Remote, LATAM)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential software development organization seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to join their delivery operations. This is a fully remote position open exclusively to candidates based in Latin America.

Our client specializes in delivering complex web and mobile applications for enterprise customers. You will lead cross-functional teams through the complete software development lifecycle, balancing agile methodologies with client stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Apply project management best practices and the Agile/Scrum framework to guide development teams and client stakeholders through delivery processes
• Collaborate with product owners and client stakeholders to clarify project vision and maintain alignment across the team
• Communicate effectively with developers, testers, clients, and stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Foster self-organization within teams, ensuring accountability and commitment to deliverables
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies while maintaining strong client relationships
• Facilitate discussions with co-located and distributed team members
• Provide servant leadership through development cycles with a focus on continuous improvement
• Stay current with project management and Scrum community practices and advancements

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or Program Manager leading teams of developers and testers
• Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master working with IT and business organizations
• Background in website, mobile application, or custom software development projects
• Strong accountability, communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships and present to client stakeholders at various organizational levels
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience facilitating discussions with distributed and virtual teams
• Skill in organizing project needs into clear, evolving plans that drive clarity and reduce complexity
• English proficiency required
• Scrum Master certification preferred
• Experience working with US-based companies strongly preferred
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management tools such as JIRA preferred
