[[Corp]] Regional Accounting Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare organization operating an expanding network of clinical trial sites across North America. Our client is seeking a Regional Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations for multiple site locations in a remote, full-time capacity.

This role reports directly to corporate finance leadership and serves as a key finance partner to operations teams. You will manage the complete accounting cycle for 5-10 clinical trial sites, with opportunity for portfolio growth as the organization continues its rapid expansion.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly accounting close and reporting processes for assigned site locations
• Prepare comprehensive monthly financial packages for executive leadership review
• Partner closely with site operations teams to analyze and influence revenue performance
• Deliver detailed budget-to-actual and forecast variance analysis, including revenue analysis by individual study
• Lead annual budgeting process in collaboration with site directors
• Perform accounting functions within NetSuite using accrual method accounting in accordance with US GAAP
• Prepare and post journal entries; maintain reconciliations between AR subsystems and general ledger
• Review balance sheet account reconciliations for all assigned locations
• Monitor accounts receivable and collections processes in coordination with central billing team
• Oversee accounts payable function including annual 1099 processing
• Manage cash operations and online banking for supported sites
• Support onboarding of newly acquired or launched sites into the finance infrastructure
• Provide documentation and support for audit, tax, and compliance requests
• Contribute to staff training and development initiatives

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 5-7 years of accounting experience with hands-on exposure to full accounting cycles
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Demonstrated ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-accounting stakeholders
• Proven success working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities
• Collaborative team player comfortable working in a matrixed organization
• Willingness to travel infrequently as needed

Strongly Preferred:

• CPA certification
• Experience managing financials for multiple business units or entities simultaneously
• NetSuite accounting system experience

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $105,000 - $115,000 USD annually for this remote United States position.
