Vanguard is hiring a Wealth Management Senior Specialist for full-time positions based at 2 company locations. In this role, you'll deliver expert financial guidance and comprehensive wealth management services to high-net-worth clients, helping them build and preserve wealth through strategic planning and personalized investment solutions.

As a Wealth Management Senior Specialist at Vanguard, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to affluent clients, developing deep relationships and understanding their complex financial goals. You'll leverage your expertise in investment strategy, tax planning, estate planning, and retirement strategies to create tailored wealth solutions. Your role bridges client relationships with our broader platform of services, ensuring clients receive coordinated, holistic guidance across all aspects of their financial lives.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, conducting regular reviews and adjusting strategies based on changing circumstances and market conditions
• Develop comprehensive financial plans addressing investments, risk management, tax efficiency, estate planning, and retirement objectives
• Present investment recommendations and wealth strategies to clients with clear analysis and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with specialists in tax, estate, and financial planning to deliver integrated solutions across client needs
• Maintain detailed client records and compliance documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Build and expand your client base through referrals and professional networking within the community
• Stay current with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices affecting wealth management

Requirements

• Series 7 and Series 65 registrations (or equivalent securities licenses and willingness to obtain required licenses)
• 5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or related client-facing financial services roles
• Demonstrated expertise in investment management, financial planning, and estate planning concepts
• Strong understanding of tax-efficient strategies and retirement planning vehicles
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to clients
• Proficiency with financial planning software and client relationship management systems
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field preferred
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities while maintaining attention to detail
