Customer Growth Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential hospitality technology organization seeking a Customer Growth Manager to join their remote team in Canada or the USA. Our client provides an integrated platform that serves properties across 150 countries, and they're looking for a results-driven professional to focus exclusively on upselling and cross-selling to their existing customer base.

This is a commission-driven role with uncapped earning potential. Top performers earn $120k+ in annual OTE through successful account expansion initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets through outbound and product-led growth initiatives with existing customers
• Build and manage a high-quality customer pipeline focused on upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at hotel properties
• Proactively identify expansion opportunities through strategic account analysis and regular customer communication
• Understand the unique operational needs and challenges of each customer to position relevant software products and features
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to specific customer requirements
• Collaborate with onboarding and product teams to ensure smooth implementation of expanded services
• Stay current on hospitality industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in sales with focus on upselling or account expansion, preferably within hotel technology
• Experience and/or education in hospitality operations
• Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends and challenges
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to analyze customer requirements and propose tailored solutions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with drive to exceed targets
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Business Suite, Groove, Zendesk, Canva, and Generative AI tools
• Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%)

Bonus qualifications:

• Demonstrable success selling property management systems or other hotel technology software
• Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
