About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cybersecurity organization expanding its presence across Europe. Our client is a global leader in fraud prevention technology, trusted by major enterprises worldwide. As they scale into new markets, we're seeking an accomplished Sales Director to drive revenue growth and build strategic client relationships throughout the German and broader European markets.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt for new enterprise clients using social channels, cold calling, and leveraging your established network of regional contacts
  • Create, develop, and execute effective sales strategies that ensure a high-quality pipeline and strong close rates
  • Promote and pitch solutions at leading industry events across Europe
  • Stay current on market trends, competitive landscape, and client developments within the fraud prevention and cybersecurity space
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to drive exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
  • Convert prospects into qualified deals through consultative selling and technical communication

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity sales
  • Proven track record covering the European market, with particular strength in Germany
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to non-technical audiences
  • Strong demonstrated capability in converting prospects to qualified deals with measurable results
  • Self-motivated, target-driven personality who thrives in business development and sales environments
  • Established network of contacts within the enterprise technology or fraud prevention sectors
  • Fluency in German and English required
