Our client is building integrated solutions that bring clean energy to households across Germany. In this role, you'll ensure operational processes around the sales cycle run smoothly, serving as a key liaison between distribution partners and internal teams.

This is not a sales position—you'll focus on solving operational challenges, coordinating workflows, and ensuring partners and internal teams can work efficiently. You'll gain deep exposure to end-to-end processes, take ownership of key initiatives, and help drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate with distribution partners on day-to-day operational questions and challenges
  • Maintain direct contact with partners and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Process and resolve operational cases throughout the sales journey—from lead handoff through deal closure and follow-up execution
  • Coordinate cross-functionally when specialized teams are needed to solve complex problems
  • Monitor processes and KPIs to identify deviations early and address potential issues proactively
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to operational improvements
  • Take ownership of discrete operational projects and gradually expand your scope of responsibility

What We're Looking For

  • Approximately 2 years of professional experience in operations, customer success, account management, partner management, sales support, or a comparable field
  • Native-level German or minimum C2 proficiency—you'll communicate daily with German-speaking partners and stakeholders
  • Strong English skills for collaborating with international internal teams
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset—you roll up your sleeves and find pragmatic answers
  • Excellent communication and service orientation—you engage clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders
  • Organized and reliable—you can juggle multiple tasks, set priorities, and drive initiatives independently
  • Quick learner with a genuine interest in understanding new processes, systems, and problem domains
  • Collaborative team player eager to improve outcomes collectively

You don't need to meet every requirement perfectly. If you believe you're a strong fit and are excited to grow in this role, we encourage you to apply.
